HOSP recently sent letters to New York Senator Gustavo Rivera, Chair of the Senate Health Committee and Assembly Member Amy Paulin, Chair of the Assembly Health Committee to urge them to recommend repeal of the state’s Medicaid pharmacy benefit “Carve-Out” in their respective chambers’ One House FY23-24 proposed budgets.
If the carve out is implemented, many critical services for patients could be negatively impacted, and patients will experience significant disruption. Read the full letters here:
