Neil Gilchrist, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, DPLA is the Vice President, Pharmacy Business Operations at Beth Israel Lahey Health Pharmacy, Inc. with oversight of Specialty, Retail, Home Delivery and Shared Pharmacy Services. Dr. Gilchrist has over 18 years of health system experience with a focus on delivery of integrated, patient centric care and the value of health system pharmacy programs. Dr. Gilchrist received his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, Boston in 2004 and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration from New England College, School of Business in 2015. In addition, he completed a General Pharmacy Practice Residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center in 2005. Dr. Gilchrist previously served as a founding Board of Directors member for the Health System Owned Specialty Pharmacy Alliance and is the current President-elect for the Massachusetts Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
