Rebecca Pettinato
System Director, Specialty Pharmacy, Baptist Health System
Rebecca Pettinato, PharmD, MPA, BCPS, MSCS, CSP, has 16 years of health system pharmacy experience with Baptist Health. She has held a variety of progressive leadership roles during this time and currently serves as System Director of Specialty Pharmacy for Baptist Health System where she is responsible for planning, coordination, and direction of specialty pharmacy operations for the enterprise. In specialty pharmacy leadership for the last 5 years, she has been integral in the growth of the specialty pharmacy program at Baptist Health and dual accreditation efforts with URAC and ACHC. In that time, she has launched twenty-three new specialty pharmacy clinics in multiple disease states in addition to a Specialty Pharmacy Call Center and standalone Medication Therapy Management Clinic. She completed a dual-degree program at the University of Kentucky, graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) in 2010.
