Randy Moore is the Director of Pharmacy Operations at The Nebraska Medical Center, where he leads the strategic direction, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance of outpatient and specialty pharmacy services. With over three decades of experience in pharmacy practice and leadership, Randy has built a reputation for driving innovation, fostering high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional patient care.
In his current role, Randy oversees all aspects of specialty pharmacy operations, including accreditation maintenance, budget development, workforce optimization, and strategic partnerships with providers, clinics, and industry stakeholders. He champions a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement, aligning pharmacy operations with Nebraska Medicine’s mission to transform lives through education, research, and extraordinary patient care.
Randy is a recognized expert in 340B program compliance, having led numerous initiatives to enhance program integrity, reporting, and stakeholder training. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding Nebraska Medicine’s specialty pharmacy footprint and improving financial and clinical outcomes.
He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Nebraska College of Pharmacy and maintains active pharmacist licenses in Nebraska and Arkansas. Randy is certified in advanced 340B operations. He is an engaged member of several professional organizations, including the Nebraska Pharmacists Association, National Association of Specialty Pharmacy, Health System Owned Specialty Pharmacy, 340B Health, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
