
Krist Azizian
Chief Pharmacy Officer, Keck Medicine of USC Health System
Krist Azizian, PharmD, MHA, serves as Chief Pharmacy Officer for Keck Medicine of USC Health System, where he provides strategic leadership and oversight for all pharmacy operations across the enterprise, including the Keck Medicine of USC Specialty Pharmacy. He also serves as Executive Director of Health Systems for the USC Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, fostering alignment between academic innovation and clinical excellence.
Dr. Azizian previously held the roles of Chief Regional Oncology Officer for USC Care and Ambulatory Services and Executive Administrator for the USC Norris Cancer Hospital. In these positions, he was instrumental in advancing Keck Medicine’s oncology service line, expanding its footprint across Southern California through the development of regional partnerships and community-based programs.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Azizian served as Director of Pharmacy Services at Providence Tarzana Medical Center and West Hills Hospital and Medical Center, where he led initiatives to enhance clinical operations, patient safety, and pharmacy practice management.
Dr. Azizian earned his bachelor’s degree in gerontology and Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Southern California, followed by an Executive Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Azizian enjoys spending time with his family and visiting the beach.
