Ricky Indovina
Vice President, Specialty and Retail Pharmacy at Ochsner Health
Ricky has served in this role since 2018 and joined Ochsner in 2014. Ricky is responsible for developing the strategic vision, long-term planning, and direction for system-wide retail and specialty pharmacy functions. He ensures that their Clinical Patient Management practices, Patient Care Services, and the Patient Experience are continuously evaluated, updated, and improved. He is responsible for all aspects of business and physician relationship development, identification of new patient service opportunities, and managing Specialty and Retail Pharmacy’s financial performance. He is also responsible for building an engaged workforce through leadership, talent development, and collaborative employee relationships. He ensures compliance with all accreditation and regulatory standards.
Ricky currently serves as the District 1 Representative on the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy. He serves as Secretary on the Executive Committee, Chair of the Regulations Revision Committee, and is on the Violations Committee. Ricky has served on the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy since 2010.
