Sam Hammad, RPh, MBA, is the Executive Director of Specialty Pharmacy and Home Delivery at Banner Health, overseeing multiple specialty pharmacy and home delivery sites across enterprise operations. Mr. Hammad has over 15 years of health system executive experience with a focus on launching, developing, and scaling pharmacy business lines through strategic expansion and operational excellence.
Mr. Hammad received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from Cairo University in 1995 and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Boston University, Questrom School of Business in 2022. His expertise spans specialty pharmacy, automation, 340B programs, ambulatory pharmacy operations, and value-based care models.
